Parking Control & Enforcement

We offer parking control and enforcement in the form of self-ticketing and warden ticketing. Both options help to reduce unauthorised parking and increase security in your car parks by having a dedicated person to patrol the area.

Site Evaluation & Signage

This service is free of charge and is performed by our dedicated Site Manager. Once we understand your organisation and evaluate your parking requirements, we will tailor a suitable solution to fit your goals.

Warden Ticketing

Our Parking Wardens are fully equipped with handheld device, bodycams and digital cameras to facilitate their duties. All our Wardens are able to issue a Parking Charge Notice to any contravening vehicle by taking photographic evidence and providing visual deterrent to discourage unauthorised parking.

All authorised vehicles will be issued with a valid parking permit which must be clearly shown at all times.

Clear signage will be provided and installed to your requirement and parking permits for staff, residents, or visitors will be issued free of charge.

Self-Ticketing Parking Solution

This is ideal for but not limited to clients with a small number of parking spaces in their car park.

We offer complete privacy where the issuing service is quick and discrete and is performed by a dedicated person. This person will be registered as a self-ticketer with the International Parking Community (IPC). This will provide you with a quick and easy service and full control of your car park, allowing you to legally issue Parking Charge Notices to any unauthorised vehicle.

Parking Permit Solutions

Universal Parking Enforcement is equipped to professionally deal with high volumes of permit requests from clients, giving you a fully comprehensive solution to your parking problems.

We issue permits for residents, visitors and staff based on the client's requirements. Each permit comes with a holographic stick as proof of validity. This ensures that permits cannot be copied and are easily tracked by their unique ID number.

Car Parking Management, Operation & Maintenance

Our specialist team provides exceptional front line operational delivery which includes customer service, site maintenance and enforcement. They will ensure all your health and safety obligations are met, all parking equipment is in full working order and your property is safe and protected.

Pay & Display

We can implement a Pay & Display system in your car park allowing you to generate additional revenue whilst simultaneously reducing unauthorised parking, whilst allowing motorists to pay for a designated period of time in which they intend to stay in your car park.

We also offer a full installation & maintenance service to ensure that your Pay & Display machine continues to operate at full capacity, even during your busiest periods. This means the general public will have no issues when it comes to paying for parking.

Prosecutions & Chasing

It is important to remember a parking charge notice is issued to the driver of the vehicle. However, in any case where the driver does not make payment liability will fall on the registered keeper of the vehicle under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.

If payment for the parking charge is not received the driver's details will be passed to a debt recovery agency. As a result of this, they may also become liable to additional costs. If they still refuse to pay, we will initiate court proceedings against them. This can also lead to further court costs and possible CCJ on your credit file.
